Currently I work as a Senior Transportation Engineer in Division of Local Assistance, Caltrans. I am a licensed Professional Engineer in California. My wife, Su Wang, is a CCCS teacher, and I have three kids (David, 16, Susan, 11 and Max, 2). David was, Susan is, and Max will be a CCCS student learning Chinese and Chinese culture. In the last couple of years, I was helping the CCCS in student enrollments. My hometown is in Yushan County, Jiangxi Province, China. In 1990, I graduated from Hydraulic Department, Tsinghua University, China, with a B.S. degree in Hydraulic Engineering. Then, I worked in Planning & Design Institute for Water Transportation, Beijing, China, for seven years. From August 1997, I was a student again at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). After that, I spent my time at various locations in California, first in Santa Cruz, then Walnut Creek and Richmond, while working with a civil engineering consultant. I moved to Sacramento in summer 2006. I enjoy playing basketball and table tennis. |

Worked for 交通部第二公路工程局第二工程处 as a bridge engineer in bridge construction for seven years. Earned a M.S. degree in structural engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (SDSM&T), Rapid City, South Dakota in 1992. Worked as a Senior Bridge Engineer for six years for LoBuono, Armstrong & Associates (LAA), a bridge division of Frederic R. Harris (FRH), now known as DMJM+HARRIS. Has been with MGE Engineering, Inc. since 1998. One of the founders of CCEA and has served CCEA as a member of Board of Directors from 1993 to 1997 and from 2008 to 2012. |

My name is Naxin Song, and everybody calls me Tom or Thomas. I was born to a typical Chinese family in the city of Jinzhou, Liaoning province, in mainland China in 1968. I came to the US at about 16 years ago, and I am now residing in Elk Grove, California and working for the state Department of Transportation (Caltrans). My highest education is a PhD in Engineering, and I've been working in private industry and governmental agency for over a decade. I'm married to my wife who was also originated from mainland China. My wife and I have two elementary-school-aged daughters who both attend CCCS. I believe in the fundamental nature of multi-culture society and I strike to recognize the difference of tolerance and acceptance. I believe future lies in children and I believe the key to the future is education and discipline. I enjoy life and have broad interests in what life provides. |

Graduated from the Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University with a Bachelor's degree and from Utah State University with a Master's Degree. Worked on bridge engineering for three years with private companies in Sacramento before joining the California Department of Transportation. Has been working in the California Department of Transportation since 1998 as a transportation engineer. Married to Bei Wang with a lovely boy who is a student of the Chang Cheng Chinese School. Loves life, has many hobbies, and is good at many sports. Was a member of the Board of Directors for Chinese Civil Engineer Association. |

After graduation, I worked few years in Jacobs Engineering Group and Stantec. Joined Caltrans in 1998 and moved to Sacramento in 2000. I have 2 kids (5 and 10) attending CCCS. I enjoy play badminton and other sports activities. |

Ms. June Zheng is currently working at Intel, as a Sr. Platform Application Engineer. She graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with her B.S. degree in Marine Engineering (1990) and M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering /Signal Processing (1993). She earned her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Notre Dame in 1996. She then joined Delphi Auto at the same year and has been working in the Automobile Electronics and Embedded Software Engineering at Delphi for about 10 years. She joined Intel and moved to Sacramento area in 2006. She is married to Ting Wang with two children, Catherine and Aaron. She loves travel, music and sports. |

Xiaoqing Amy Ma is working for Franchise Tax Board, as a Senior Programmer Analyst. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.A.degree of Computer Since in 2000. She worked for Agilent Technologies and Wyndgate Technologies before joined Franchiese Tax Board in 2005. She came to U.S. in 1993 from ShannXi. She is married to Yunping Zhang with two daughters, Annie and Jeannie. |
